Be as “BADD as you wanna be” like @youl0velili, a collegiate #heptathlete that literally does it all!  In college she participated in 7 events including Hurdles, High Jump, Shot Put, Javelin throw, and the 200 & 800 meter runs!  Wow. 💪😁 So how does a collegiate athlete prep for a professional career in track & field? Coaching competitive #gymnastics! Who would’ve thought? 😁 As you can see by the pics, she is literally doing it all and loving every minute of it.  She advises to “always believe in yourself and be mentally tough 💪🔥 and know you can do whatever you put your mind to.” One of the main muscle groups heptathletes use is the core and no other exercise screams #beastmode like 👉 “Hanging Sit-Ups.” 🔥 If you’re advanced, grab a friend/spotter, a fluffy pad and give these a go! (TIP: try to find something to lock your legs on for added support & safety).
