CHALLENGE of the week: Picture-Perfect 😍😁, and so are the Bar Toe Touches and L-Sit Hold Super Set by @cynstaysfit! πŸ’ͺπŸ’¨. #FitChicks are at it again with an awesome display of core strength.  From beginning to advanced, these are great exercises to incorporate into your workout regimen. It’s not just about core strength, but also technique. ✳ HOW TO: (1) Do not swing, rather use lower body momentum to raise your feet to the bar. This is challenging but over time it will get easier. Perform 10-20 reps.   (2) Then straighten your legs out in front of you and hold an L-Sit position for 20-30 seconds (or more).   🌟Repeat this circuit 3 times.🌟  Challenge your friends and see who can perform the most toe touches and longest L-Sits after 3 rounds. Loser buys dinner!  Do not be discouraged if you only get a few - work your way up!  All about progress. πŸ’ͺ Give it up for @cynstaysfit - she works hard and it shows. πŸ™Œ  11.06.12 #motivation
